Tate Crowards is an experienced international development professional specialising in SME development and private sector sustainability. As a Technical Assistance Officer at Triple Jump, Tate manages a diverse portfolio of projects strengthening the operations of clean energy companies, entrepreneurship support organizations, and angel investment networks. Prior to joining Triple Jump, Tate served as a Manager in DAI Global’s Sustainable Business Group, advising corporate clients on enhancing sustainability and impact—particularly through supply chain and workforce development. She also led initiatives with financial institutions, accelerators, and business networks to bolster entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems. Tate holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA from the University of Toronto in Economics and Global Politics. Her passion for international development has been shaped by a lifetime of living around the world, including many years in Bangladesh and Ghana.
