Michelle joined Triple Jump in 2021 and is responsible for operationally leading ESG and impact efforts for Triple Jump’s sustainable energy portfolio. Prior to joining Triple Jump, Michelle worked at FMO, the Dutch Development Bank, implementing an impact measurement framework across all sectors and managing E&S risks for private equity investments. Michelle holds an MA in International Development from Erasmus University Rotterdam (The Netherlands) and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University (USA). She is an American national and speaks English, Japanese and intermediate Dutch.
