Alina is an experienced programme manager and SME development expert. She’s been working in the African startup and venture capital space since 2014, with the focus on design, management and implementation of large multi-country, multi-stakeholder entrepreneurship development programs for clients like the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the World Bank. Prior to that, she spent ten years in diverse commercial roles in the private sector in both emerging and developed markets. She holds an MBA degree from the Amsterdam Business School (UvA) and a BSc in Economics and Management from the Baltic State Technical University in St. Petersburg. She speaks English, Russian and Dutch.
