Chloe Koburunga Nuwamanya

Chloe joins Triple Jump’s Sustainable Energy team, after obtaining over five years of strategy and capital raise experience with Open Capital, a management consulting and financial advisory firm working with small and growing businesses, investors and development partners to accelerate growth and investment across Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). Chloe has experience in delivering strategic solutions and facilitating investment for impactful businesses in sub-Saharan Africa across sectors including, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Agriculture, Renewable Energy, Water and Sanitation and Health (WASH), Financial Services, and Manufacturing. Under Open Capital, she led a Ugandan investment readiness program which supported ~40 small and growing businesses to tackle their financial and operational challenges; this technical support facilitated capital raise of ~$3 million from both international and local investors. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting (Bcom) from Makerere University Business School and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.
