Prior to joining Triple Jump, Giorgi worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at TBC Capital, a leading brokerage firm and investment bank in Georgia. As a transactional advisor, he has obtained professional experience in capital markets and finance by providing legal advice on debt and equity financing, corporate and M&A transactions, brokerage services, public and private bond placement, ongoing regulatory initiatives, etc.
Giorgi holds a bachelor’s degree (LL.B.) in Law from Caucasus University (Tbilisi, Georgia), a master’s degree (LL.M.) in Law and Business from Bucerius Law School (Hamburg, Germany) and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Georgian Technical University (Tbilisi, Georgia). Giorgi is in the process of cross-qualifying as an England and Wales solicitor. He is a Georgian national and speaks Georgian and English.
