Alina joined Triple Jump as an ESG &; Impact Analyst Trainee in 2023. Her traineeship is part of the AMID Young Professional programme, combining state-of-the-art academic and practical training in the field of sustainable development. She holds a Research Master’s degree in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam, where she specialized in inclusive development and social protection. Prior to joining Triple Jump, Alina gained experiences in policy-oriented research in the field of international relations and human rights and holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Freiburg, Germany.
