Caroline joined Triple Jump in October 2021 and has over ten years work experience in the financial services sector. Prior to joining Triple Jump, Caroline was working with the BlueOrchard Africa team. She also worked for over five years in strategy advisory; helping financial institutions to solve their challenges around growth, profitability and impact; and was part of the team involved in delivering the School of African Microfinance Training in 2013-2018, an annual two-week training that brought together senior managers and executives in microfinance from across Africa and Asia. She also worked in Private Equity/Venture Capital in the UK while undertaking her full-time MBA with the Alliance Manchester Business School (University of Manchester, UK) and holds a Bachelors degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Nairobi (Kenya). As a Kenyan national, Caroline speaks English and Kiswahili.
