Esteban works in the Seed Capital and Business Development Department, covering efforts of ecosystem development and creation through supporting first-time fund managers and early-stage SME finance initiatives with seed capital and business development support. He previously worked as a Private Equity Investment Manager at Incofin IM, a Belgian impact investor, supporting the equity portfolio for Latin America. Before joining the impact investing sector, Esteban worked for 6 years in Private Equity and Investment Banking in different industries and countries in Latin America. Esteban holds an MSc in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Los Andes University in Colombia. Esteban is a Colombian National and speaks Spanish and English.
