Francesca joined Triple Jump in 2023 as Legal Counsel Regulatory in the Investors Relations and Business Development team. Prior to joining Triple Jump, Francesca worked for two years for a corporate services provider based in Amsterdam. During this period, she advised a wide range of corporate and private equity clients on corporate legal matters and assisted them throughout investments, exits and intracompany transactions.
Francesca holds a BA degree in International Relations and International Organizations from the University of Groningen and a LLM degree in International Business Law from the Free University of Amsterdam where she specialised in the regulatory aspects of business transactions and sustainability law. She is an Italian national and fluently speaks Italian, English, Dutch and Russian.
