Gaétane joined the impact investing sector after working for 9 years in banking, looking to match financial returns with social and economic development. Prior to joining Triple Jump, Gaétane worked in Renewable Energy Project Finance within Crédit Agricole, a leading French banking group, where she led the debt financing of over 400MW of utility-scale solar, wind and other infrastructure projects on the French territory. Before that, she worked as a Team Lead in the General Inspection unit, where she gained extensive experience in auditing and advising business lines on their strategy, operating model, processes and risk management in Europe, Asia as well as the US. Gaétane holds an Engineering degree from Supélec (France) and a MSc in Mathematical Finance from Imperial College London. She is a French national, Cameroonian native, and speaks French and English.
