Before joining Triple Jump, Harm was Manager of Financial Risk Management at Achmea Investment Management, where he spent over 13 years in various roles. He previously held risk management positions at Stichting Pensioenfonds Hoogovens and PGGM Investments. Harm is a CFA Charterholder and holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation from GARP. He is a Dutch national and fluent in Dutch and English.
