Janine brings over twenty years of experience working at the crossroads of people, operations, and strategy. She began her career growing a digital start-up into a thriving business of more than 350 people, where she led initiatives in learning and development, culture building, and leadership support.
After earning a Master’s in Inclusive Innovation, Janine shifted her focus to purpose-driven organisations. She has worked closely with founders, social enterprises, and ethical businesses, helping them strengthen their internal systems while staying true to their values.
At Triple Jump, Janine works on shaping people strategies that support both the organisation’s mission and its day-to-day realities. She believes that strong teams are built through practical steps, open conversations, and creating spaces where people feel heard and supported to grow.
Outside of work, Janine loves exploring Amsterdam and spending time with her family.
