John Arzinos

John is part of the Financial Institutions team with a mission to make ESG practical and scalable. He brings over a decade of experience in Development from IFC and the World Bank, where he focused on bridging the gap between high-level performance standards and on-the-ground reality. Specializing in inclusion and E&S risk management, he led major data initiatives like EQOSOGI and enjoys teaching students at Johns Hopkins University how to navigate the impact landscape. When he isn’t obsessing over indicators, John loves to ski, cook, and take photos. He holds an MA from Johns Hopkins SAIS, a BA from the University of Piraeus and speaks English, Greek, Spanish, German, Italian, and French.
