Laura Ospina

Laura Ospina joined Triple Jump in 2023 as Investor Relations Manager. Prior to joining Triple Jump, she worked for 6 years at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). In her last role, she served as an advisor to the United States Executive Director, at the Board of Directors, where she liaised with U.S. government agencies to establish U.S. voting positions on projects in fragile states and Gender and Diversity policies. Prior to IDB, she worked for the International Organization for Migration (IOM), where she created and edited marketing materials for IOM’s non-profit partner USAIM about the UN’s blue heart campaign in the Caribbean. She holds a MA in international affairs with a concentration in international development and conflict resolution from the George Washington University and a B.A. in International Relations from Florida International University. She is a dual citizen from the United States and Colombia. She is native in English and Spanish with basic command of French and Portuguese.
