Letícia has recently joined Triple Jump to provide in-house legal and regulatory support to the investment, Investor Relations, and Business Development teams. She advises on regulatory interpretation, legal structuring, and the practical implementation of regulatory requirements in the context of investments and fundraising.
Prior to joining Triple Jump, Letícia spent six years at a leading law firm in Brazil, advising on banking and finance matters, including M&A, capital markets, and project finance transactions. She supported complex transactions across their full lifecycle, with a focus on structuring, contract drafting, and execution.
After relocating to Europe, Letícia completed a European Master in Law and Economics (LL.M.) at Erasmus University Rotterdam. She has over five years of experience at the intersection of sustainability regulation, capital raising, and fund advisory, including regulatory frameworks such as SFDR and the EU Taxonomy.
Letícia is a Portuguese-qualified lawyer and speaks English and Portuguese fluently.
