Sean Miers

I am an experienced HR professional hailing from Wellington, Aotearoa (New Zealand). While I am half Dutch by heritage, I’m 100% Kiwi at heart. Having called Amsterdam home for the past four and a half years, I’ve developed a strong affinity for the city and its vibrant culture. Beyond my HR expertise, my passions include producing music, exploring cuisine, and the nuances of natural wine. My journey in the field began as a People Operations Coordinator at VanMoof, where I played a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of HR records, and meticulously managing employee data. My time at VanMoof nurtured my ability to work effectively in a diverse, international environment, aligning perfectly with the requirements of this role. I am wholeheartedly devoted to upholding the Mission, Vision, and Values of Triple Jump and I am enthusiastic about contributing my proactive advice and support to colleagues to ensure the organisation’s continued success.
